A tory about our future and AIESEC's futire.
2006, there is a AIESEC who's name is Tom.
Tom is a LC staff of CTLC.
Tom's daily life always full of AIESEC.
There is many many AIESEC activity every weeks.
In the activity, he gets many fun and many friends, as well as sense of achievement.
But some times when he being alone, he always thinks about the question like that:
Should I pay more time to my friends out of AIESEC?
Should I pay more time on my family?
Should I pay more time on my homework?
How can I do that?
Sometimes those answers always face to "give up" somethings.
Let us turn to another sence
In CTLC, there is a VP who's name is Jack.
Jack is responsible for take care members' development of AIESEC.
He also notice the questions of Tom.
But he have no ideals about how to deal with the problem.
What he can do is chat with members when they try to get help from him.
But he also face to some problems.
Cuz he is just one people.
So he find out he can only provide experience to "some" people who is fortune enough.Some
Some people are kinds of people totally diffdernt background with him.
So his experience is not useful enough.
What make him more sad is this things will keep going untill forever.
He think about AIESEC 2010
AIESEC will be the first choise of young people.
"Do you think the best of choise of young people can't help them over come the balance of AIESEC life & normar life"
Fortunely, Jack didn't give up at final.
He try to find people those interesting in this question such like Tom............
Those few people be a special group in the LC.
Although, they don't have strong believe of sloving the problem, they believe they still can achieve somethings.
And they will to try it.
Every two week, they gathering at a place.
They just to understand what kind of people they are.
What's their dream out of AIESEC, what's their problem about self life and AIESEC ?
They share their story, their resource, their ideals to help each other slove their problem.
And what make things better, they are not just talk about it, they also support each others when their friends want to have a change.
It's also good news for the LC, those people are happy to share to generate their out put to LC members.
Although the solution just based on their experience, they give other people the courge to keep going.
And their solution is useful in some case.
