What's the role of VP PD ？ What'sthe role as if you are VP People ?
我真的很開心能更在這個暑假就分享這一篇文章，而不是很悲哀的等到我卸任
To be honest 我一直在追尋這個答案
從vp selection前的自我許諾
到NCF開達開始詢問What's AIESEC expect on you ?
到暑假開始一點一滴開始做People的事情，然後遇到很多困難
但往往卻卻走不出來～～～～～
我可以侃侃而談 我對People的情感 卻始終無法清楚說出組織對我的真正期望
I think People 的工作一定不止 recruitment selection trainsition
這次在PD seminar的時候我問了小胖類似的問題
What's the different between People and Learning ?
我覺得小胖雖然沒有正面回答我的問題 但是卻讓我從一個不一樣的角度去想這個role
Cuz "People Development" change from "Human Resource"
Many People expect that it's the functction which link to people very close.
(1) From the side of helping people develope may be we have to do much to help member to think change agent, and help them to overcome.
(2) In Taiwain function's side, People have to do something about the organation as well.Although something just to help the organation keep walking. But we should pay attention on how to let the organation generate more change agent.
Like LC culture & R&R & mentor % some PD's tool....etc.
感謝聖芬和一些人的分享，同時也從他們的經驗找到了一些東西
(3)Sometimes being a VP PD, you have to compress yourself to do something.
You have to be familiar with every member. It's also the LCP and LC expect on you. To deal with the people's problem.
Cuz the LCP have to take care of every function, sometimes it doesn't notice what's the LC state now, are all people in LC happy now ?
After you compress yourself be one of kindness person. You finally can achieve the LC's expect. The understand of LC.
You have to change your attitude toward every body instead of better to be.
Although sometimes it's really not easy but I after you overcome you will finally know you have grown so much. 變得很有包容力~~~~
(4)Sometimes you will found some people have a gap with LC other people.
Your job is not only be familar with him, but also have to help other familiar with him.
後記：
這次seminar聽昌融說到，他每天暑假都會準時在9點打電話給VP和member，聊一聊天和鼓勵他們報專案，當然還有監督專案。
當下真的是很慚愧，He is really compress himself to do some things.
反觀我還有很多努力的空間。就像我在那封給自己的信中說到的，我要強迫自己盡量去做到，然後可以在卸任的那一天和夥伴一起擁抱痛哭，因為我們真的盡了最大的努力去讓自己沒有遺憾。
I expect I can be brave to compress myself to understand every member's 偉大航路。
Although sometimes it seams hard and alone.
But I will remember what 阿猴 does. Do your best and effect others to follow up you.
Although it's hard but power is hung, and 符合 the concept of change agent.
