第一次在AIESEC global的community上發文耶
是有關於simlation game的
一直覺得如果有辦法利用應該會很棒
就在global trainer和global PD上面發了文了

令我嚇到的是不到5分鐘就有人寄信給我給建議
AIESEC真是太強大了壓
很期待之後其他人給的in put

另外要特別感謝Jun(我去澳洲國際活動的OCP)

Hello ,dear PDs from all around the wold.
I am Kelvin,06~07 VP people from CTLC Taiwan.
These day, I am thinking about a possibility of a session.

In our NCF,I have ever learn how to run a LC by simulation.
Although it's cool,and good way to learn.
But most of time we only forcus on how to do our exchange.
Like,what kind of people is a really good SN.
Or how can you promote AIESEC to a company.

(It's like a big simulation that a group of people simulate a LC's member.Including all the role in the LC.But although it has VP PD in this game.Most of time we only simulate how to creat a activity for trainee)

I am thinking about is there also a good way for us to simulate
how to run good on PD site.
Especially, how to cheer up your teammate,how to retention people?
I am really want to hear your guys ideals or any case to sharing.

(I am trying to ask:How to put some learning factors of PD in the simulation?Something like how to cheer up your teammate, how to retation the people,how to recruitment,etc ?)
